pak5d reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information provided at registration at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pak5d may result in the restriction of Account functionality, including the suspension of withdrawal processing.
One Account Policy: Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the pak5d platform. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or under different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where pak5d identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, any winnings generated across those accounts will be voided, and the deposited Balance may be returned at pak5d's sole discretion following investigation.
Account Security: You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs on your Account while your credentials are being used — whether by you or by any third party — is your responsibility. pak5d will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
If you believe that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pak5d's customer support team immediately via live chat. pak5d will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily freeze the Account pending resolution.
Account Closure: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting pak5d customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal manner. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Where self-exclusion is the reason for closure, please refer to Section 11 of these Terms.
Accepted Payment Methods: pak5d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods for players in Pakistan: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK. Currency: All Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a payment method processes a transaction in a different currency, a conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. pak5d is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
Deposit Processing: Deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Raast are typically credited to your Account balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect. pak5d does not charge any fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.
Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Once KYC is approved, withdrawal requests are typically processed within four hours during business hours. pak5d reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where the account activity raises compliance concerns.
Source of Funds: You confirm that all funds deposited into your pak5d Account are from legitimate, lawful sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. pak5d operates under an anti-money laundering framework and is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities. Any attempt to use the Platform to launder funds will result in immediate account suspension and referral to law enforcement.
Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. pak5d reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal to a different payment method where this policy applies, and may require additional verification where a change of payment method is requested.

General: Each game and sports betting market available on the pak5d platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are available within the game interface or betting market page. In the event of any conflict between the game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that particular game or market.
Finality of Results: Once a wager has been settled and the result confirmed by the Platform, that result is final. pak5d reserves the right to correct any errors in settlement where a manifest error has occurred — for example, where incorrect odds were published due to a technical fault. In such cases, bets may be voided and stakes returned at pak5d's discretion.
Sports Betting: All sports betting markets are subject to pak5d's Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately on the Platform. In-play bets are accepted at pak5d's discretion and may be suspended at any time. pak5d reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market for any player without prior notice.
Technical Failures: In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during the course of a game or wager, pak5d's server logs and game server records will be used to determine the outcome. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined from available records, the wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player's Account Balance.

pak5d's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pak5d's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pak5d makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform, and expressly disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless pak5d and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of the Platform or the Services; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any content you submit, post, transmit, or make available through the Platform.
pak5d reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
